Additional waiting time on point-to-point services is not included and will be added to your bill if used. Charges start after 15 minutes of requested pick up time. On airport pickups we include up to 30 minutes of waiting from the actual flight arrival time, additional waiting time & parking if needed is not included in the provided rate & will be added to your bill. All charges are on the hour; no half hour charges. The rate quoted prior to service is an estimate of the cost of requested services, total may change due to additional waiting time, stops, etc. The card holder is responsible for all payments. Cardholder understands and agrees to all charges provided by Executive Car Service. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by customer, with either verbal or signed agreement of services. Executive Car Service obtains credit card authorizations on all requests prior to service date that exceeds its estimate in case service goes over its estimated quote. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments that exceeds $1000.00.
This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this company for the hire of limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance, by the customer in the limousine during the duration of time. In addition to the hourly rate for vehicle and chauffeur, any damage excess of usual use and wear of the hired vehicle, there will be a minimum charge of $150.00 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the vehicle. Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle interior and its environs, rests with Executive Car Service, solely, and its experience as to general habitation of hired vehicles and its decision is final.
If duration or type of service exceeds that listed above, additional charges will be applied in accordance with our standard rates. Our Chauffeur has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Executive Car Service is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, regardless of the distance. Executive Car Service is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
We do provide baby seats upon client’s request. By no means Executive Car Service guarantees the baby seats. Parents or guardian are responsible for inspection & securing the baby seat & child to the vehicle for their safety. The use of our baby seats is solely on the discretion & responsibility of the user & Executive Car Service is not responsible & relinquishes the use & responsibility to the user.
