The final charges at the end of the service will be based on the actual services provided.

To cancel, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice, except for larger or special vehicles such as stretch limousines, vans, mini coach buses, and large motor coach buses, which require a 7-day cancellation notice. 

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at the minimum applicable rate.

There are exceptions to our liability, as we are not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicles. We reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of $250.00 for any necessary cleaning or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. When you placed your order, we obtained a pre-approval from your credit card company to confirm the validity of your account, which may result in a block on your available credit until the pre-approval is lifted. We will not process any payment until your service is complete.

If payment is not made within thirty (30) days of billing, we reserve the right to use any means of collection available under applicable law, and we are entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in our collection efforts. Any unpaid invoices are subject to an interest charge of up to 20 percent per annum in the State of WA.
