The service was top notch. The Large SUV and Large van were high quality and very clean . Our driver Greg was wonderful. He was very attentive to our special requests. We had 4 people and 8 pieces of luggage when we arrived at the airport.5 of us and 10 pieces of luggage on the return. Greg made sure we knew beforehand that he was either there or on his way. Great communication. Great door to door service. I highly recommend.
We had the pleasure of having Greg as our driver for two separate occasions. His communication was great and arrived on time even though our plane was delayed. He was extremely personable and such a blessing to talk to as we made our way from the airport to the air bnb. I could tell he wasn’t feeling well physically but he was still so polite and exceeded expectations. Our second trip was from the air bnb to the port. Come to find out he had an ailment he needed to get taken care of and still was able to fulfill his duties to full potential. He was very kind for my father who had a severe accident while we were staying here. Greg took the time to make sure my father was sat in the van comfortably and took it easy on the way to the port. I want Greg as my driver every time we visit Seattle. Thank you again for your amazing service.
Incredibly professional operator we visited Seattle with our family of 10 for our wedding. Greg was so helpful from my initial first point of contact all the way through. Airport pickups went like clockwork and all our trips around the city and our wedding day all ran to schedule. Would highly recommend Greg and his team. Having been our first visit from the uk he made getting around the city so easy.
