Who is responsible for payment?

The cardholder is responsible for all payments and agrees to all charges provided by Executive Car Service.

Final charges are based on the actual services provided at the end of the service.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged during the service?

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A minimum charge of $150 will be applied for repairs or cleaning.

Who decides if the vehicle has been excessively worn or damaged?

Can the chauffeur terminate the ride?

Yes, the chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is blatant misconduct by the client.

Standard vehicles require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.
Larger or special vehicles (stretch limousines, vans, mini coach buses, large motor coach buses) require at least 7 days' notice
