Payment & Fees

The cardholder is responsible for all payments and agrees to all charges provided by Executive Car Service.

Billing & Charges

Final charges are based on the actual services provided at the end of the service.

Liability & Damage

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A minimum charge of $150 will be applied for repairs or cleaning.

Service Policies

Yes, the chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is blatant misconduct by the client.

Baby Seats

Yes, baby seats are available upon request.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Standard vehicles require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.
  • Larger or special vehicles (stretch limousines, vans, mini coach buses, large motor coach buses) require at least 7 days' notice
